Services

  • Consultation Session (Clinical Counselling)

We offer a free 30 minute consultation session to anyone who is interested in knowing more about ourselves and how we practice. Please note that initial consultations are offered in an online-only format at this time.

  • Individual Counselling

Counselling services tailored to meet your individual needs. We will jointly discuss your presenting concerns and come up with a treatment plan together that honours where you have been, where you are, and where you would like to be. Please note that clinical counselling services are offered online or in-person.

Meet the Team

  • Adrienne Wiebe, MMFT, RCC

I am a registered clinical counsellor with a masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trinity Western University.

It is my pleasure and passion to walk alongside my clients on their journeys towards healing. I know both personally and professionally how vulnerable the counselling process can be. It can require us to dive deep into the experiences that have shaped who we are and how we operate in the world today. I strive to provide my clients with a safe space to be open to these experiences. Allowing new, fresh experiences to reshape the old.

My approach is trauma-informed and attachment-centered. I enjoy working creatively – through metaphor, visualization, and somatic processing. One of the things I am most passionate about is helping people to rediscover their value and worth as human beings. This awareness of our innate worth is something that is often taken from us through challenging life experiences. And yet living from a place of worthiness is so vital to our wellbeing.

The modalities I use most are EFT and EMDR.

My areas of expertise include: depression, anxiety, trauma, eating and body image concerns, adoption, parenting challenges, life stressors, and life transitions.

Outside of work, I am a wife and mother – also an avid reader and nature lover.

  • Natalie Wiebe, SLP

I am a registered speech-language pathologist with a Master’s of Science in Speech Language Pathology from the University of British Columbia, and am a member of the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of BC (CSHBC).

My experience lies in a variety of medical settings including hospitals and rehabilitation clinics, though I have a passion for supporting adults in the community by providing therapy for ongoing needs in speech, language, and cognitive communication difficulties following neurological events (e.g. stroke, brain injury) or degenerative processes (e.g. Parkinson’s disease). My hope is to work collaboratively with my clients to create meaningful and personalized goals. I am also pleased to offer therapy for children with delays or disorders in language, speech, and cognitive communication.

When not at work, I enjoy going to the dog park with my dog Mable and dreaming of warmer locations.
